Forklift Opportunities:
- Pay: $18/hour (plus 10% shift premium)
- Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:45pm-7am, 6:45am-7pm.
- Rotating schedule, 3 days one week, 4 days the next
- Every other weekend off
- Optional overtime available
To be eligible for a Forklift Operator role, you need:
- A high school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of recent forklift experience
- A valid driver’s license
- The ability to pass drug, background, and vision tests

Material Handler Positions:
- Pay: $15.75/hour (plus 10% shift premium)
- Rotating 12 hour shifts, 6:45pm-7am, 6:45am-7pm

As a Material Handler, you’ll be an integral part of our logistics chain, ensuring orders are picked, materials are handled efficiently, and solar modules are packaged and prepared for shipment.
Key qualifications include:
- A high school diploma or GED
- Previous warehouse experience
- Excellent attendance record
- Ability to pass a drug and background check
- Willingness to work in various departments
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs. consistently
- Must be able to climb stairs occasionally
- Must be able to use hands to grasp, carry, lift, and feel objects as required
